Suggest Treatment For Tonsils Pain And Dry Cough
I developed a dry cough two days ago.A day later i had a sore throat and my tonsils were painful.Yesterday morning my cough was persistent and productive. I have Azithromycin and Tuspel plus in the house, would you recommend i take it. Please advice Rael

From history it seems that you might be having upper respiratory tract infection and now resulting lower respiratory tract infection.
Take Azithromicin 500 mg once a day for 3-5 days.
Continue with Tuspel plus syrup.
Ok and take care.
