Hello ma'am and welcome.

Most of the medications are contraindicated during pregnancy, especially pain management medications. So please do not take any pills without consulting youe doctor. The only safe pain management pill I can suggest now is paracetamol (tylenol or panadol).

I would recommend you to use pain management medication for now, and report to your obstetrician who will decide which antibiotics are safe to use. With this list you may report to your dentist and go about the required procedure.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
