Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that there is deep decay in multiple teeth which has led to inflammation of the nerves present in the central portion of tooth in a small cavity known as Pulp and the inflammation and irritation of the nerves can lead to severe pain which can radiate to the jaw,ear and head..
In this condition only medication will not provide a permanent relief and the treatment of the offending teeth with either Root Canal Treatment of Extraction followed by antibiotics and painkillers has to be done..
As of now youu should start taking Antibiotics like AUGMENTIN 625 mg three times a day, Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day and Pantoprazole 40 mg once in the morning empty stomach for 5 days and by this time go and consult a dentist and get treated accordingly..
In case of severe pain you can take Ultram 50 mg..
Avoid chewing from the side that is painful and avoid taking very hot and cold liquids as they can cause severe pain..

Hope this information helps..
