Suggest Treatment For Torn Frenulum

Hi there I'm 22 years old and during sex I tore me frenulum I think the part connecting my foresking to my head, and was ripped completey with a lot of bleeding which stoped quick and now looked 3 days later and its still completey ripped.will this heal on its own or do I have to get a opperation and what would the opperation consist of. Thanks.
