General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are suffering from torn skin and rash at the penis head. You are suggested to avoid self pleasuring and any other sexual activities. Let your wound heal. it may take time. Rough handling may trigger symptoms may include more blisters, burning or pain with urination, redness, warmth or swelling; scabbing and scar tissue.

Take care of your hygiene and get clinically examined by a Urologist. You can apply ointment Soframycin for relief. Herpes is a sexually transmitted infection that can cause painful, blister-like sores on the penis and genitals. Your treating Urologist will detect the cause of infection that can include psoriasis, dermatitis, chemical irritation and allergic reactions and treat you accordingly.

A scabies mite infestation may also be associated with multiple small bumps at the area of itching. Your treatment will depend on the cause of your symptoms. You will have to get STD test done to stay on the safer side. In case the tests are positive, you will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals and topical antiviral creams and lotions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
