Suggest Treatment For Torn Urethral Opening

hi, i delived an 8.9 pound baby almost 4 months ago and had to have vaginal. well my boyfriend hit me in the vagina 2 nights ago and after it would hurt when i would pee so i checked it out today and im torn by my pee hole. do i have to have stiches? what do i do?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having cut or injury near urethral opening.
If cut is more but as 2-3days passed of having injury, stitches can not be taken as now wound might be infected and vaginal membrane might be raw.
go for one antibiotic medicine course for 5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
But it is advisable to consult Gynaec for clinical examination to know severity and extension of injury.
