Hi,
Welcome to Health care Magic.

Torticollis may be congenital or acquired.

If it is caused by some adverse drug reaction to anti-nausea medications then you will need to see orthopedic doctor.

Congenital ones require stretching the shortened neck muscles via surgery.

Acquired ones has to be treated by treating the cause.

Application of heat pads, traction to the cervical spine, and massage may help relieve head and neck pain.

Stretching exercises and neck braces may help with muscle spasms along the pain medications.

Surgery is rarely required in this kind of cases but early treatment will prevent worsening of this condition.

Stop anti-nausea drug or tablet lyrica as prescribed by your doctor which is further worsening your condition.

Take symptomatic treatment for your dizziness like tab.stugerone forte (cinnarizine 75 mg) or vertin 16 mg which is available over the counter.

Hope this helps.
