Suggest Treatment For Torticollis

hi doc,,, I was diagnosed with torticollis at my earlier age,but due to some reasons my parents didn't took any steps to cure it. when i found the problem i was feeling very shy to be a part of any social parties and functions, i then became a point of attraction due to me tilled neck.and also people started making fun of me.

Due to that reason i visited a orthopedic surgeon who sujjested me to get some exercises,but it never effected.

at present i am facing the same problem soooo please help me to get out of it so that i can come out of my Funny image.
please help me.....please give me some advice to cure it...
