Suggest Treatment For Trapped Ulnar Nerve And Tennis Elbow In Right Arm

Almost constant pins and nedles in right arm from the elbow down to the little finger, sufficient to wake me up every night.
Some pain at times - shooting up arm , but not constant.
Noticable marked weakness and clumbsiness - dropping knife and fork , pens , cupof cofffee.
Help - please?
I had a terrible problem almost a year ago with this arm 9I am right handed) after 7 weeks of intense pain I was told that I had a trapped ulner erve following a one off flare up of arthritis of the elbow joint and tennis elbow together, it had improved greatly and I was signed off by Consultant just a couple of weeks ago. However , this started almost as soon as a very slight prod by consultant had occured!!
I am 49. Female.
