Suggest Treatment For Treatment For Insomnia

I have been eating all natural food high in potassium to lower blood pressure and it has worked wonderfully Bp is 119/78 but I now have insomnia . Is it the potassium ? I was taking Lisinopril but stopped it to try all natural and having great success but now can t sleep

If you already have some psychiatric problem then stopping medicine can be a cause of insomnia. Potassium has no relation with insomnia. You can take tablet alprazolam at night for insomnia problem.
