Suggest Treatment For Tremor In A Child

i had a question about my sons behavior. Tonight he did somthing weird. He was rocking his head back and forth in my asks (10 months old) well almost 10 months and he had some weird jerky arm movment and leg stiffening. He was EXTREMELY over tierd and i THINK he is teething is this "normal behavior" he didnt look like he was having a sezure he looked normal
