Suggest Treatment For Tremors After Surgery For Adenoma

I recently had surgery to have a adenoma removed from my parathyroid. I have had tremors involving my hed hands legs. since surgery. I took proprananol to help this. My chest has been tight and I have moderate pain just under my rib cage all the time. they did labs and suspect hyperthyroidism,my red blood cell count is low protein bilirubin and my B-12 is more than 2000. I am afraid something else is going on

Tremors from Hyperthyroidism.
Treatment-
-you need to keep Hypercalcemia in mind and reduce ongoing Calcium treatment if any.
-Reduce on Vit D3 supplements for reducing hypercalcemia.
-Anemia if any needs to be corrected with help of your Physician.
-Hypertension treatment with Anti-anginal care needs to be started to relieve moderate pain under my rib cage.
