Suggest Treatment For Tremors In Arm

hi, i have a 64 yr old male that has had surgery on his right shoulder and is now decompansating with both shoulders, phsysio is not working him properly and he is getting depressed. he is renowned in his field of plumming and water features and pools. he can no longer work and now has a tremor in his left arm. he still has so much talent but is now getting depressed at the treatment he has recieved, do you know anyone that can get him in and is willing to do the testing he deserves? he is awonderful man whom is a hard worker and deserves proper care for all the hard work he has given to b.c, you may have seen some of his work in west van. we need help, his name is malcohl morrall.
