Suggest Treatment For Tremors In Hands,weakness In Legs And Weight Loss

I am 38 yr male, Ht-5 2 Wt-50. On the advice of Physician I undergone some tests, after seeing my reports he said that every thing is almosk OK you just take BP Medication, but I still feel some peculiar types of problems. My SGOT is 60, SGPT is 165 and rest of the parameter of LFT test are normal (ex. GGT, S.Bilirubin etc.), My platelts count is down to 79 (Rest of my CBC Test is Normal), My T3 & T4 is with in normal range but THS is slightly high to 7.5. My Urine & Stool test is also normal, further whole abdomen Ultasound report was also totally normal. But From last two months (a) I am facing frequent diariaha (loose motion) with simple food also and the same becomes OK without any medication. (b) I alway feel fatigue & exhausted. (c) Off & on I my hands shakes without any reason and stops shaking by itself. (d) I often feel mascular cramps in arms & legs. (e) I also feel weekness in hands & legs. (e) I have weight loss of 2 Kg. in 2 months. I have slight HIGH BP problem so i am daily taking one Tab. Lodoz 2.5. I have good appetite and I usually get sound sleep. Pl. advice me how to get rid of the above problems
