Suggest Treatment For Tremors

We have a baby 9 month old baby boy, and he has arm tremors. When he is drinking his bottle his eyes roll to the back of his head. He hardly ever is alert to any of his surroundings, and when you try to talk to him he either looks the other way, or looks right through you. He also is not sitting up, or rolling over yet. He Seems to be happy when he is alone. any suggestions?
