Suggest Treatment For Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex

What should I do if I have TFCC? I'm 21, 5'9", 160ish, and I have sprained my right wrist back in Dec. 2010 for the first time but took 2 full months of treatment and rest for it to feel normal (i think). The pain occurred in April 22nd 2011, right after my workout. Ever since that day, I had seeked my physician for proper treatments. He gave me Nabumetone pills, offered a splint and RICE. I wouldn't say that it helped a lot but it did help decrease the inflammation from time to time. However, this pain isn't really felt as of now but can persist in a mild tone to burning/stiffness feeling doing basic routines, tasks and exercises. My biggest concern is what should I really be doing now and how long do I have to keep waiting for it to be fully healed so I could go back to gym and workout like I used to. If you want more information leading up to this injury, I will be glad to provide more.
