Suggest Treatment For Trouble Passing Bowels For My 2-year-old Daughter
My two year old daughter is having trouble passing her bowels. It never comes out as full firm stool. She tells me she has to go to the bathroom to boo boo and when I check the potty there s nothing there. That s because its caked up in her behind. This leads to serious constipation and I m having to give her an enema every other week just for her to get some relief. I know its not normal to give enemas all the time but she complains so much of her stomach hurting and I know its because she s not passing her bowels like she should. I m happy to say that I don t have a picky eater. She eats fruits, green veggies, she drinks water like a fish, and I rarely let her have any junk food other than an occasional bag of chips. She takes vitamins every day and I make sure she drinks plenty of water behind it. So with all of that being said I m not sure of what else I can do to help my baby get over these tummy troubles. I ve also caught her crossing her legs holding her bowels in because she says it hurts. So I m wondering if she s just afraid to boo boo and keeps holding it in because it hurts! Can some one please help me? Signed, one concerned mommy!!!
2. give old brown rice, green gram, chickpea, green vegetables, bottle gourd, water, papaya, grapes, muskmelon, raisins, dates, orange, pears, guava, apricot, honey, milk.
Avoid newly harvested rice, black gram, peas, banana, potato, spicy/junk food, late nights, sedentary lifestyle.
Purgation with olive oil is best and free of side effect. Early morning: eat 10 cashew nuts and 4 raisins and drink water after coming out of bed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
