Suggest Treatment For Tuberculosis In Brain

Hi, my brother got bone tuberculosis a year and half ago. Recently, he often faint unconciously. The doctor said the virus has affected his brain and there is no hope that he can live. Is there anything we can do to help him? Or he just has few months??
