My father in law stationed currently in Pune is ailing from joint TB from ankle over past 3 years (without proper medication & diagnostics) and is presently under acute pain all over the body. He is 70years old and just weighs 28kgs. Pls suggest what to do and where to take. We can also shift if required to Delhi by air-transport..
