Suggest Treatment For Tuberculosis Of The Knee Along With Sweling

My son Parth was detected PCR +ve on 26/08/2010 & FNAC was also done. He is under treatment of TB affected in left Knee. Three times the combinations of medicines were changed due to tolerrance of ATT. He was given 120 streptomycin 0.75 till 23/02/2011. He is having continuous fever since last 02 months. He is under treatment of an Orthopedic surgeon & MD. He is being referred to SGPGI,LKO to Immunology Deptt. The swelling of right Knee is also observed. Please Advise.
