Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Cancer is a challenging condition to treat and every patient might have a different manifestation of the disease.

It is always better to over treat a cancer than under treat it and wait for the disease to recur.

The final choice of continued treatment is given to patients at times and your doctor wants you to take an informed decision on whether to proceed with another round of chemotherapy to treat the sentinel node or wait and watch. Having worked in a cancer institute for years I feel that you might proceed with the chemotherapy to safeguard your health. This requires to be discussed with your treating doctor. Please do not worry.
