56 year old female 1 1/2 yr. post op acdf of c5 c6 . newly developed, last year, ringing in r ear. ent r/o hearing or ear problem. ear rings only in reclining sitting position. last few days getting an odd electric type slightly twiching feeling intermmitant serveral times a day a few inches behind right ear?

hi all these symtoms seems to be postoperative of cervical spine.
i thinnk this is some sort of neuropathic symptom and requires a neurologist opinion.
so seek once a neurophysician opinion.
