Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
The twitching activities might be due to epileptic activity or extrapyramidal syndrome. There may be some serious brain pathology underlying.
Brain imaging and electroencephalogram can give a good idea of recent epilepsy and current episodes of ongoing epileptic fit.
You should take her to a equipped healthcare facility and get the diagnosis and treatment as required.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
