Suggest Treatment For Twitching On Eye And Face

I started with a twitch in my left eye over a year ago. Then it got worse and went to my left side of my mouth. I went to a neurologist and had an MRI. He said it was normal and I didn't even had a facial spasm. Lately, my twitch on my eye and left side of mouth have gotten worse?? I do get stressed very easily...
