Suggest Treatment For Two Recent Episodes Of Gross Hematuria, Raised ALT And Occasional Pain In The Pubic Area

Hi, I recently had two bouts of gross haematuria (one following a saddle injury type fall and one after a physically exerting day), had full set of bloods all clean except raised ALT, cystoscopy was clear except a couple of tiny clots free floating in the bladder, prostrate appeared slightly swollen however PSA and DRE both normal. I m due for a CT scan and wonder of the likely hood of renal cancer, it s keeping me up at night worrying, I have no systemic issues, I m 47 and obese which due to having a sedatory job causes bilateral, intermittent, loin ache at times which I ve put down to position on muscle.
