Suggest Treatment For Type 2 Diabetes

Diagnosis type 2 diabetic, sodiumlevel 134, creatin level 0.40, gfr (mdrd equation)>60 mL/min/1.7PHH, A1c 11.4, alb/creat ratio 45. Lab tests came back with above readings, and foot notes on kidney disease. Age 30 white female, family history of auto immune disorders. Mothers family adult onset diabetes onset age 45+.

Welcome to HCM
As your HBA1c is 11.4,your sugars are very poorly controlled.Your gfr is mildly decreased.This is the initial stages of kidney disease.
So best way to halt the progression of kidney disease is strict control of sugar levels.Stick on to proper dietary habits.Avoid sugar containing foods.
Do regular exercises.
Regular intake of medications are necessary.
Your Hba1c will indicate your sugar levels from past 3 months.It should be below 6%.
