Suggest Treatment For Typhoid Fever

Good Afternoon sir, Last 4 days I have Thyphidot fever. I checked Blood and Urine tests, ie.,Thyphidot , Malaria, Dengue and Platelets counts. Only found Typhidot IgM-positve, Typhidot IgG- Negative. Then it is Typhidot or paratyphidot? Now I have 98 degree temperature. Still how many days shall I take tablets?. I am having Cefuroxime Axteil-Jospar500.

In my opinion it is not the confirm typhoid because the test that you have done may not be reliable but for right diagnosis first is clinical diagnosis, and then second is Widal test (tube titration method), stool examination, and urine test, these are the tests which could give some clue but main is clinical diagnosis without final diagnosis one cannot take any medicine for typhoid.
