Suggest Treatment For Ulcer On The Right Leg

Hello, I have an ulcer sore on the bottom back of my right leg. It is reoccurring. I was told by physicians that it would reoccur. The ulcer on my left leg healed over a year ago. This ulcer on my right leg has not healed up and continues to leak out. I keep it clean and bandaged up because it is very painful. I have tried some of everything to heal it and it has not happened. I remember years ago when this first occured that a physician prescribed some silvadene ointment in a jar for this problem and it worked really well. Can you give me some advice as to what else I can use?
