Suggest Treatment For Ulcer

I just found out that I have developed an ulcer. I take a baby aspirin daily, have been for several years. I don t believe that my doctor knew that. Should I stop? Also he did not mention any change in diet except for spicy foods. What do you think?

hi,

as you mentioned about the ulcer, it could be related to the improper digestive system. By performing regular exercises your cellular metabolism will be improved and the digestive symptoms will reduce and the digestive mechanism will improve. Post that the chances of ulcer will be less.
