Suggest Treatment For Ulcerated Lesion On Labia Majora
Hello, I have a ulcerated lesion on my labia majora. It appeared a day ago. It is painful, I am feeling feverish but have not taken my temperature, with slight muscle pain. I don t see any excess discharge. The lesion is approx. 1 cm, with a central clearing. I have been sexually active with 3 men this year and used condoms in all occasions. I have in the past had genital warts and bacterial vaginosis. I am concerned it may be a STD, I am in an area with no urgent cares and feel it is not something that needs the ER.
