Suggest Treatment For Ulcerative Colitis

Plz sir help me Iam suffering from ulcerative colitis from last 3 year ... After colonoscopy doc give me vigaz od and folic acid ... After it my blood stop and after one year I stop taking tab than it s start again....now I was taking one tab each and sudden blood start again doc said its normal coz u have ulcerative colits but this time some time my blood is black colur.....one year back after endoscopy my doc said that u have much acidty that s wy my report oesophagus -small hiatus hernia present, multiple mucosal breakers at lower end , stomach - normal, duodenum- reduced fold in d 2, Thera peutuc- none , final imp- gerd LA GR A ,but my doc said take two time vegaz od an folic acid but I start vsl 3 night time and vigaz od folic acid day time is it okey ? How many days it take to stop my blood plz tell me ? Is it everything okey ? Plz help me
