Suggest Treatment For Ulcers On Ankle In Ankiloysis Spodilytis Patients

Hello Dr I am suffering from Ankiloysis spodilytis and have a ulce on my ankel got skin grafting done last year but it resulted to be a failure as didnt take the whole of graft plz suggest wht do i do now i want to get this wound cured its healthy as dressing is done evryday
