Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain it seems that an ulcer that is not healed since 2 months is a matter of concern as the common Canker sores or cold sores commonly heal in a period of about 2 weeks approximately..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a biopsy of the ulcer will be done to rule out the exact cause of the lesion and treatment will be done accordingly...

White and black discolouration is due to deposition of debris over tongue with excess of bacterial and fungal overgrowth..
It is commonly due to poor Oral hygiene..
For this you should gargle with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water..
Clean your tongue with a tongue scraper..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
