Suggest Treatment For Unconsciousness

My brother's daughter has been suffering with a chronic disease since she was 2.4 years . on some day of sept 2006 she was suffering with fever . and when she recovered from the fever she was unable to walk,sit and even move . She went into a kind of unconsciousness . We have taken treatment from many doctors in india . but till date she could not get any improvement. Nevertheless she has got physical growth . The doctors were even not able to diagnose the disease as they claims that all the testings are right. Request you to kindly advise
