General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The most common cause of shaking hands is essential tremors. These would get better with propranolol tablets, a beta-blocker. Topiramate tablet is also helpful in treating this condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
