Hi doctor, I am Asking regarding my underarm bumps. I ve been having them on and off...sometimes they come and at times, they go. but when the bumps are there, initially they are painful and under the bump is a weird hole like thing, im guessing that s where the secretion is supposed to come out. I once waxed my left pit and white us came out with a foul smell. As I have mentioned, that it sometimes comes and sometimes there isn t any. Is this something that I should be worried about? regards
In my opinion you should see your family physician or GP for physical examination and series if tests like blood for CBC, ESR, blood sugar, liver function test and montoux test to rule out Tuberculosis.
You may require a course of antibiotics under medical supervision.
Meanwhile maintain good hygiene, wash it with lukewarm water or antiseptic solution and apply some antibacterial ointment.
Hope this answers your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will happily answer you. Best wishes

Suggest Treatment For Underarm Bumps
Hello I share your concern Looking at your description this might be related to axillary absces or axillary lymphadenitis. Hole in a bump is suggestive of tubercular lymphadenitis.
