Hey doctor I have an uneven skin tone my face is lighter and my front is also lighter as well except for my knees and my toes including my whole back. I want every part of my body to match to my face I ve tried several creams without the wanted results any suggestions? Thanks
As per your query you have even skin tone on face . Well there can be may reason for uneven skin tome like sun damaged skin, discoloration of the skin; acne break outs become common problems with most of us leading to skin discoloration on face . It take time to improve skin tone . I would suggest you drink more water and other fluids, at least 8 ounces of fluid a day, apply sunscreen with SPF15 is the minimum threshold for sun protection , avoid consumption of junk foods and eat fresh fruits and vegetables instead , exfoliate your skin twice a week and use of skin peel will also be helpful . If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may recommend microneedling and laser therapy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
