I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH ME ALL I KNOW IS THAT ON MY DAYS OFF WORK ALL I DO IS EAT AND STAY IN BED. I WANT TO START EXCERSIZING BUT MY BODY WILL NOT BUDGE. I GET CONSTANT HEADACHES AND KNOTTS IN MY BACK. I USE TO EAT RIGHT BUT NOT THAT MUCH ANYMORE AND IM GETTING FRUSTRATED CAUSE NOW IM 15LBS OVER WEIGHT. PLEASE HELP ME

After going through your query i can say that you are having symptoms of lack of initiative , increased intake of food, low mood , headache.get me some more details how is your work going ,how is your relationship with your family and friends.these can be symptoms of depression.get your thyroid profile done along with lipid profile and complete blood count and consult a psychiatrist.
