Suggest Treatment For Unusual Vaginal Discharge After Hysterectomy

I have had well over 13/17 laporscopies & 3 lupron injection treatments for recurring cysts, endometriosis, fibroid & approx 15 yes age they found some precancerous tissue, hence a radical hysterectomy was preformed. I have had a good amount of medical procedures since then re: failed valve in gallbladder, etc. Over the past couple weeks, I have had a large amount of discharge which is unusual to the piont that I have been having to wear pads. It is mucousy visually & texture. I have also had blood along with it to where it was almost as a regular period in which lasted 3 days. still spotting with blood on & off & have been having tar like stools accompanied with A LOT of pain in my lower abdomen around through lower back. It comes quickly & sporadically & sometimes to the point where it hurts too much to sit or stand & have to kind of curl in a ball. I have been very weak feeling & do not know if it has anything to do with it, but my taste buds on the middle of my tongue are falling off & hurts to eat food. What do you think could be wrong & what kind of doctor should I be looking for?
