Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Pain Due To 2-3 Fibroids In Uterus

i have 2-3fibroids in my uterus.i had already gone throuh lapro. sur.but doc refuse to remove it as i m unmarried but since past 2 yrs i am suffering a lot due to my upper abd pain i had gone through so many test but of no use .i m unable to eat anythig due to it.now a days i had fever which persist.my bones,joints,waist,back severly becomes weak and having pain too much.what to do.is it all because of that fibroids.
