Suggest Treatment For Upper Arm Pain

Yes hello and thank you! I work out so it may or may not be the reason, I didn't just start so I don't believe its the reason. I have pain in my upper arm especially when Im trying to sleep is when it gets worse. Like right now I can feel it a little its like a soreness mixed with other pain, I cant explain
