Suggest Treatment For Upper Back Pain And Shoulder Pain

Hello, I have a weird pain in my upper back, near my right shoulder blade, but inside. Felt muscular at first, but don t know how it could be. Been hurting over a week. I exercise regularly at the gym but haven t lifted weights in 2 weeks because I was on vacation. Almost feels like my right lung is impeded a bit. I am in good health with no issues or drama. Weird pain. Any thoughts? Thanks, Nancy

For upper back and shoulder pain you can take some pain killer like zerodol-sp or akilos-p only when the pain is worse enough or disturbing your daily routine along with some calcium supplements like shalcal-d or toscal-gem once daily. Do some physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of physiotherapist. I will also advice you to sleep on a plain surface.
