Suggest Treatment For Upper Back Pain, Diarrhea And Gastritis

I have pain in my upper back like where it hurts before I had my gallbladder taken out.This pain comes and goes periodically but it feels like I m being stabbed. Everything I eat lately gives me diahrea, terrible cramps, and gas and I have had this pain in my lower right groin area for several months. Sometimes it s not to bad, sometimes it hurts REALLY bad, but it always hurts when i have a bowel movement. When I curl up in the fetal position, sometimes it feels like a lot or pressure, or like something is being squished. I had a physical in January and my blood work was fine other being low on b12.

Regarding your symptoms of upper back pain right groin pain and diarrhoea following intake of food substance I am suggesting that you have developed the following differential diagnosis

Cervical spondylitis
Myositis
Nerve root lesion
SLE
Multiple sclerosis
Spinal stenosis
Gastroenteritis due to food allergens
Subacute appendicitis
Tendonitis

In view of this please do the following test
MRI
Stool culture
Abdominal scan
ANA electrophoresis
Serum creatine kinase

Meanwhile please see an orthopaedic as well as gastroenterologist specialist with the results and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
