Suggest Treatment For Upper Left Chest Pain

I feel pain on upper left side of my chest especially when breathing deep or moving my arm the way it causes my chest to follow the move. My heart condition was always good and my phisical were showing great heart condition. I had a heavy physical activity this morning and wondering if this is a serious condition. I appreciate your advise.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to hcm,
if you were my patient
i will definitely take an ECG to rule out heart disease. as you have a chest pain radiating to your left arm.
any lung infection can mimic a pain like this too.
then my next thing i will suspect costochondritis or muscle pain
other thing i will suspect is gastritis or other gastrointestinal disorders.
any way i want you to get investigated with your physician.
hope this explains
with regards
Dr.Amarnath
