Suggest Treatment For Upper Left Quadrant Abdominal Pain Along With Burning Sensation

I have been having upper left quad abdominal pain, I have a burning sensation in all 4 quads. Yesterday I started taking Omeprazole and Peptol Bismol, it helped a little but still feel some abdominal pain. I feel dizzy and my left occipital node is tender. I also have a pain in my chest that comes and goes. I have had chronic fatige for the last 2 weeks. I am going to call my GI doctor tommorow to see if I can get in with him, is this the correct steps for me to take first?

Hi

what is your age ?
Symptoms similar sometimes could be of a serious illness , for example heart problem.

Dizziness, fatigue, chest pain ?, abdominal pain , pain in the left occipital region !

with the available information i ll like you to get an ECG done first and get your BP checked.

Thank you
