Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have upper quadrant abdominal pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like constipation , gastroenteritis , acid reflux , kidney infection , irritable bowel syndrome or pancreatitis . There can b other reasons like liver disease . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , ultrasound , physical examination or endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe analgesic , laxative , ranitidine or ornidazole . Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem . For now take ibuprofen for pain and eat light and non spicy .
