Suggest Treatment For Upper Respiratory Infection

I was in the extreme heat Saturday and Sunday all day...Heat index of 105 degrees. I had a headache and a nosebleed Saturday and every since off and on I have felt nauseous. I just started getting over a upper respiratory infection and have allergies.

Advice
1.     Azithromycin 500 mg daily orally for 5 days
2.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 5 days
3.     Ambroxol 30 mg daily per oral for 5 days
4.     Paracetamol 500 mg orally if fever or headache occurs
5.     Domperidone 10 mg per oral when you feel nausea
6.     Cold water sponging if fever is more than 100 degree Farenheight
7.     Do gargle with slight warm salt water four times daily
8.     Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment and spicy food
