Suggest Treatment For Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

hi im having upper respiratory tract infection .... and now third week started felling better but when we do some work felling bit hard to breath ... so im using ventolin if it gets worse ... does it take time to recover? and I would like to workout and need to drink protein powder does it good or bad ? and I had antibiotics for frist week ... ..... please help me

I can understand your situation and problem.
By your history and description, possibility of post infectious bronchitis is more.
This is common after viral upper respiratory tract infection. And your breathing difficulty is also due to bronchitis.
So better to get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out bronchitis.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
You will mostly improve in 1-2 weeks.
And yes, you should definitely do exercise and work outs as they are good in bronchitis. Protein supplements are good in bronchitis.
