Suggest Treatment For Upper Right Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Feverish Feeling

Hi there, Within the last few month s I have been experiencing some unusual pain in my upper right abdomen and it goes all the way to my upper back. It happens after i eat any oily food. They are like seizures its happened 4 time and manifests in the same manner, lasts no longer than 24 hours and the pain is horrible. There is no position that is comfortable it hurts to stand, sit and lay down. My last episode was yesterday and i had a restless night due to the pain and was feverish with nausea . recently I am being investigated for autoimmune disease due to a positive ANA and symptoms. not to sure if next time it happens i should go to the hospital. I don t want to waste anyone s time.

Well come to HCM
This are the typical symptoms of hyperacidity, and nothing to do anything with autoimmune disease, this can be said GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease ) and in my opinion best medicines for this are "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg " once in day for five weeks, hope this information helps, take care.
