Hi Doctor I have really bad stomach pains right in the upper abdomen every day for the past 1 week. It usually occurs in the afternoon after my first meal of the day at around 1pm and lasts throughout the night, usually getting worst. I ve taken Trimebutine, Buscopan and Omeperozole but none work. I eat the same things from day to day which mainly includes cooked chicken, vegetables like cucumbers & cooked cauliflower as well as some dressing (ard 10g or less). I ve been preparing this for lunch for the past 9 months and it seems like Im only getting the stomach pains now. I do not consume dairy daily - perhaps the occasional yogurt, cows milk and small doses of protein powder and artificial sweeteners. I generally eat healthily (with the occasional treats) and exercise 4x a week. My stomach makes a lot of noises which I presume is acid build up and has recently induced vomiting and nausea. This pain prevents me from sleeping throughout the night and is really starting to take a toll on me. Please help :( Thank you in advance for your time and advice.
